Für alle Buchungen gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen Artist Booking von Run The Stage AG.

Die AGB regeln u. a. die Rechte und Pflichten der Vertragspartner, Zahlungsmodalitäten, Stornierungsbedingungen, Haftung, Versicherung sowie die Nutzung von Bild- und Tonmaterial.
Sie werden den Vertragspartner:innen jeweils mit dem individuellen Vertrag übermittelt und bilden einen verbindlichen Bestandteil der Vereinbarung.

These Terms and Conditions govern, among other things, the rights and obligations of the contracting parties, payment modalities, cancellation policies, liability, insurance, as well as the use of image and audio material. They are provided to contracting partners together with the individual agreement and form a binding part of the contract.
